Summer Intern

The Treasury Markets Association (TMA) was incorporated through the institutionalisation of the Treasury Markets Forum of Hong Kong and the merger with ACI-The Financial Markets Association of Hong Kong in 2005. Principal functions of the TMA include promoting co-operation and synergy among market practitioners with a view to enhancing professionalism and the overall competitiveness of the treasury markets in Hong Kong, thereby maintaining the role as an international financial centre.

We are currently looking for a summer intern to join the TMA office.  Our internship program is designed to provide valuable hands-on experience for motivated individuals who want to kickstart their careers.  As an intern at TMA, who will have the chance to work alongside our colleagues, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain insight into the treasury markets in Hong Kong.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events;
• Prepare meeting and project documents;
• Provide administrative support to various teams;
• Support daily tasks and assigned projects

 

Requirement

• University student in Year 1 or above, preferably in Finance and Banking, Marketing, Business Administration or other related disciplines;
• Good academic results;
• Willing to learn, self-motivated with positive work attitude;
• Passionate about providing service and learning on-the-job;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese typing;
