Finance and Administration Committee

The Committee is established to assist the Executive Board to manage the day-to-day operation of matters related to finance and administration of the TMA.

Terms of Reference

  1. To oversee the preparation and maintenance of the accounts and exercise financial management, and supervision and control of the finances of the TMA and to advise the Executive Board on the financial matters of the TMA.
  2. To define and review human resources policies and to manage and oversee the human resources matters of the TMA including the appointment and dismissal of staff.
  3. To manage and oversee the administrative matters and other matters in relation to the daily operation of the TMA.
  4. To carry out such other functions as from time to time determined by the Executive Board.
